- I really like Software Hut and have done a lot of business
- with them over the years. I only have one gripe to make and
- that concerns a woman who answers the order line.

- She has a rather gruff voice (as if she smokes a lot) and
- she comes across as very rude. I called the other day to ask
- a question concerning a product before I bought it. She
- asked a man, who was obviously in the immediate area, about the
- concerns I had with a potential purchase. Instead of just
- letting me talk to the "expert" she kept relaying my
- questions and his answers back and forth. I had to explain
- the same concept to her at least three times and she still
- didn't have a clue as to what I was talking about! Finally,
- we ended the conversation by my thanking her, her
- response was "click"!! Not a word from her, like "thank you
- for calling Software Hut" or a simple "bye".

- I've dealt with her many times and she is always rude and
- basically ungrateful for the order you have just placed. She
- doesn't care if it's a $10 or a $1,000 order -- always the
- same rude "click" at the end of the conversation.

- An employee like this is really great for customer relations.
- Maybe she used to work as Medhi Ali's right-hand woman. :-)
